About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day execution on one of our residential civil contracting projects in Thane. You’ll work closely with the project supervisor and subcontracting teams to keep quality, safety and schedule on track from foundation to handover.
Responsibilities
—Supervise daily site activities across structural, waterproofing and finishing works
—Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and the project supervisor on schedules
—Conduct quality checks against drawings and specifications
—Enforce site safety protocols and daily toolbox talks
—Maintain daily progress reports and material consumption records
—Support client and developer site visits with accurate project status
Requirements
—B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering
—3–6 years of experience in residential or commercial construction
—Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project
—Strong understanding of RCC structural work and finishing trades
—Comfortable with full-time on-site presence in Thane
